Logistics from Korea

Shipping only: send cars you already own from Incheon to Central Asia through Yantai. Ownership stays with you; the logistics company sells the transport and we arrange it — one contract, one point of contact.

How it works

  1. 1

    Check the indicative rate

The Routes page lists the forwarder’s Q4 2026 rate per car for each city, and the days measured on our own shipments.

  2. 2

    Apply

Send the cars (model, year, VIN if you have it), the destination and your preferred timing. An application is a request, not a booking.

  3. 3

    Confirm and assign

After review you receive the freight quote and the round your cars are assigned to, and we confirm the Incheon drop-off date.

  4. 4

    Track

Follow each stage by share link and pass it to your buyer as it is.

Shipped the way new cars are shipped

  • A real schedule for every round

Request, cut-off, departure and arrival are shown for each registered round.

  • Car-carrier rail wagon

The same purpose-built equipment carmakers use: cars are driven on under their own power and secured with dedicated fastenings. A wagon takes about 8–10 cars depending on their length.

  • Two cars per container

On the Incheon–Yantai sea leg we load two cars per 45-ft container. Unloading is simpler than with four-car racks, so the damage risk is lower.

  • Bonded transshipment in Yantai

Transit declaration, unloading and loading onto the wagon happen inside the Yantai bonded area under customs supervision; the car is in transit, not imported into China.

  • Carry-over guaranteed

A car that does not fit this round goes on the next one; the application is not cancelled, and you are told which round your car is on before it leaves Korea.

  • 30 days of free bonded parking

Cars waiting for their train park free for 30 days in the Yantai bonded yard. No duty accrues while they wait.

Will my car fit?

Loading is planned by length and height. Figures below are the wagon’s inner dimensions and the size classes used for planning; the binding measurement is taken in Incheon.

  • Inner length 25.1 m per deck
  • Inner width 2.70 m
  • Height: 2.12 m upper deck, 2.27 m lower deck middle, 1.59 m lower deck ends
  • 15–25 cm between cars
  • 5 cars up, 5 cars down as the nominal layout; taller cars go to the upper deck or the lower middle, low cars to the lower ends

Size classes

  • A — up to 3,595 mm long
  • B — up to 4,350 mm
  • C — up to 4,700 mm
  • D — up to 5,100 mm
  • E — over 1,970 mm high
  • Not accepted: longer than 5,100 mm, higher than 2,000 mm, or up to 3,600 mm long and over 1,600 mm high. Battery-electric cars are not accepted; hybrids and plug-in hybrids are.

The route, step by step

Twenty-one steps from booking in Korea to hand-over in Central Asia. Transit through China is bonded: the car is declared as transit cargo, moves under customs seal and must leave China within six months.

  1. 1Korea: vessel booking, container stuffing with six photos (empty, half, full, doors, seal, seal number), export declaration, sailing.
  2. 2Yantai: arrival, surrender bill of lading, container pick-up code, transit declaration with the Chinese tariff code, unloading under customs, loading onto the wagon, customs seal, port fees, rail departure.
  3. 3China–Kazakhstan: rail via Urumqi to Khorgos, exit write-off, arrival at Altynkol, unloading, transshipment to road car carriers — filmed, because responsibility changes hands here.
  4. 4Destination: road to your city, import clearance with the Korean export declaration, invoice, packing list and waybills; duty and release; hand-over against signature.
