What we collect
When you register or enquire: your name, email, company, country, city and anything you write to us. Optional: phone or messenger handle, business registration number, expected volume. We do not collect ID numbers, card or bank details, location or advertising identifiers.
Cookies
Two, both set only when you choose: kmg_locale (your language) and kmg_currency (your display currency). No analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, issue quotes, run shipments and send progress updates. Nothing else.
Where it is processed
The site runs on Netlify; registration forms are stored by Netlify Forms. Listing data comes from Korean dealer complexes and is shown without plate numbers, dealer names or phone numbers.
Sharing
We share your details only with the selling dealer and the logistics company for a deal you have accepted, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@koreamerchants.com.
